RALEIGH, N.C. -
Jasper was turned into the North Carolina schnauzer rescue two weeks ago. Since his birth Jasper has been paralyzed from the waist down.
Organizers say donations are needed to help Jasper live a normal life as possible. Area vets are testing to determine if physical therapy will help, or fit Jasper with a doggie wheelchair.
